My Big Fat Greek

Pushing the boundaries on haze and dry hopping was always the goal. Wheat malt, torrefied wheat, oat malt and flaked oats contribute silky smooth mouthfeel and a thick haze. The brewer's favourite trio of Galaxy, Mosaic and Citra hops, dry hopped three times in total, yields an explosion of juicy passionfruit and mango, all balanced with fresh bitterness.
