The Road to El Dorado
This beer started on my homebrew kit four years ago. Then it was scaled up to Imperial IPA levels and double dry-hopped with El Dorado & Citra hops, yielding intense aromas of orange sherbet, pineapple and pear. Heavy bittering with Chinook hops give a smooth, resinous bitterness. Vienna and honey malts add a chewy malt backbone and touch of sweetness that ensures balance, without forgiveness.
