To Be Fair has the piney, resinous, dank, and chewy bitter characteristics of a West Coast DIPA, but with the pronounced lemon, lime, tropical, herbal, stone fruit, white wine, and even black peppercorn flavours of intense New Zealand hops. Not for the faint-hearted, this unfiltered NZ DIPA will hit you hard at first, but will also warm your belly like a nice big hug.
