Distilled for us for our 150th year anniversary. This single malt Whisky is made from a mash bill of 100% East Anglian malted barley using their dedicated copper whisky still, matured in New French Oak.
Apricot and berry notes combine with lush spices and a delicate mineral edge to tantalise the nose. Its rich mouthfeel displays elements of runny honey and crackling spices.
