FAQS

When should I arrive for my Brewery Tour?

Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the tour, so that we have time to sign you in. This also give you time to grab a drink from the bar, or go to the toilet, if you wish. Please factor in traffic when setting out, In most cases we cannot delay starting a tour for latecomers and have to begin at the advertised time.

Do you need to be over 18?

Due to the tasting section of our tour and that the brewery is a working environment, Tours are only available to participants aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.

What do I need to wear?

Please ensure you wear flat closed toe shoes and full leg length trousers, no sandals, flip flops, or high heels.  This is for your safety as you will be walking in close proximity to working areas.

Can I take Beer home?

Our tour guide will drop you off in our retail shop so you can take your Brewpoint experience home with you. From cans, mini kegs, merchandise and gift vouchers there is something for everyone to remember their first tour at Brewpoint.

Does your Tour have disabled access?

Our tour includes 2 sets of stairs totalling around 50 steps. We can accommodate wheelchair users on tours, albeit via an altered route. If you are a wheelchair user, please let us know in advance of your arrival so that we can facilitate your route. If you have any other disability that you think may require alternative or extra measures to facilitate your tour, please let us know in advance of your arrival and we will do our best to facilitate you.

Can I get a refund?

If tours need to be postponed, then we will offer ticket holders an opportunity to reschedule their tour.

If you wish to cancel your tour booking, please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice, tours cancelled after this time will not be able to be refunded.

All refunds will not include the booking fee which is paid to a third party.

Can I take Photos?

Non-flash photography and filming are permitted within the brewery, however, please do not photograph our team members at work without prior permission from the staff in question.

Can I smoke or vape within the building?

No cigarette, vape, or e-cigarette smoking is allowed within the brewery or taproom. Smoking or similar activities are only allowed in the designated smoking area in the beer garden.

Where can I keep my stuff?

We don't offer a locker or storage facility for your items while your on tour. We'd suggest you pack light as you'll be carrying your items around the tour with you.

Do we offer gluten free beers on tour?

We currently do not have any gluten-free beers within our range (although this is something we are looking into doing in the future). On the bar, we do stock Dura Damm gluten-free lager in bottles and Saxbys cider on draught, these are both GF. Please let us know in advance if you would like one of these gluten-free options on the tour instead of our beers.
