Please enter the Brewpoint building via the front main entrance and speak to a member of our bar team who will locate your order.
You have 30 days from your confirmation that your order is ready to click email to collect your order from Brewpoint. If you do not collect in this timeframe, stock will be returned to our warehouse and be refunded. This ensures our beer stock stays fresh but will apply to other merchandise items also.
Please note, we need to see either the ID of the person named on the order, or the card used to place the order, on collection. The person collecting the order needs to be at least 18 years old and we may ask for proof of age.
