Please only collect once you have received your email to confirm your order is ready to collect. If you need your order for a specific date, we recommend popping in to purchase your product.
Once your order has been marked ready to collect, you can collect from Brewpoint Monday - Sunday 9am - 6pm

Please enter the Brewpoint building via the front main entrance and speak to a member of our bar team who will locate your order.
You have 30 days from your confirmation that your order is ready to click email to collect your order from Brewpoint. If you do not collect in this timeframe, stock will be returned to our warehouse and be refunded. This ensures our beer stock stays fresh but will apply to other merchandise items also.
Please note, we need to see either the ID of the person named on the order, or the card used to place the order, on collection. The person collecting the order needs to be at least 18 years old and we may ask for proof of age.
