Dubbel Trouble

This Trappist-style dubbel pays homage to the influence of Belgian beers in France, courtesy of our French engineer. It’s a strong, brown-coloured ale with fantastic malt flavours and fermentation characteristics from the Belgian yeast. A delicate aromatic mix of dark fruit, berries and spicy cloves blend seamlessly onto a nutty, caramelly palate. The finish is gently warming and dry. One to enjoy with a Christmas meal!
